Duties

• Handle both contentious and non-contentious family law matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate marital agreements.
• Represent clients in child custody and visitation matters.
• Provide comprehensive advice across all areas of family law.
• Advise on child support, adoption, and guardianship issues.
• Navigate international family law matters.
• Prepare and file court pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law legislation.
• Contribute to business development activities.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in family law practice.
• California Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage a busy practice.
• Interest in contributing to the firm's success.
• Practical approach to solving client problems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
