Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate with 2-3 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets to join their legal team in San Francisco, CA. The team focuses on capital raising solutions for innovators in the technology sector, advising tech and life sciences companies, investment banks, venture capital funds, and institutional investors.

Duties

• Advise clients on public securities offerings, including equity and debt.
• Collaborate with a team to provide innovative capital raising solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets.
• Major/peer law firm experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to excellent client service.
• Bar membership in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a $10,000 bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
