Job Overview

Duties

• Advise on ESOP transactions and related corporate and ERISA matters.
• Represent ESOP sponsors, shareholders, lenders, trustees, and private companies.
• Support clients on strategic and day-to-day business issues.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and clients in a business-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ESOP transactions and related matters.
• Strong drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters efficiently and independently.
• Ambition and drive to support and grow the national practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
