Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal injury law and demonstrate a passion for client advocacy. This role offers the opportunity to manage a large docket of cases and work towards achieving the highest possible settlements for clients.

Duties

  • Manage a large docket of personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement.
  • Oversee investigations, including gathering and analyzing medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Supervise case management staff and provide detailed direction on cases.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • 3+ years of experience as an attorney practicing personal injury law.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
