Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Leasing Attorney with a minimum of eight years' experience in commercial leasing to join its Real Estate Group. This position is available in multiple locations, including Los Angeles, CA; Reston, VA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Washington, DC; Houston, TX; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Palo Alto, CA; Chicago, IL; and Miami, FL.

Duties

  • Lead in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.
  • Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys.
  • Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.
  • Experience with office, retail, industrial, and life science leases.
  • Substantial experience representing landlords.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client business objectives.
  • Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
