Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as service agreements and NDAs.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Good standing to practice law in California.
• Enthusiasm for law and commitment to client results.

• Ability to work well with colleagues and build professional relationships.
• Integrity and ability to foster trust and confidence.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting billable hour expectations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
