Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney in Sacramento, CA. Duties

  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups for specialized expertise.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
  • Stay current on developments in corporate law and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 1-4 years of experience in corporate and business transactions.
  • Exposure to transactional tax planning and securities law is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
