A law firm seeks a Trusts and Estates Attorney for its busy practice in Northern New England. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with high net-worth clients and a strong background in estate planning and administration.

Duties

• Draft estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts.
• Administer probate and trust matters for high net-worth clients.
• Prepare or assist in preparing estate and gift tax returns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with high net-worth clients.
• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
• Admission to the Massachusetts, Maine, and/or Vermont Bars is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Hampshire.
