The position collaborates across various offices and departments, reporting to the Managing Director of Practice Innovation.

Duties

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using available resources and technology.
  • Support the firm's data strategy by tracking and utilizing practice content and experience data.
  • Integrate technology, including generative AI, into legal practices.
  • Manage technology product rollouts and promote adoption within business units.
  • Assist large litigation teams with matter management workflow and resource integration.
  • Develop client-facing solutions to share matter metrics and data.
  • Create and maintain knowledge libraries and databases for knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate legal service delivery efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Educate legal professionals on practice content and technology initiatives.
  • Develop case studies and resources for marketing and business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse variables.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.
