Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Public Law Litigation Associate in Riverside, CA. The firm specializes in complex public law litigation, representing cities, counties, and special districts across California. Duties

• Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation.
• Conduct case assessments, discovery, and motion practice.
• Participate in oral arguments, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Manage cases to ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in public law litigation.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Writ of mandate and/or appellate experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collegial environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
