A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its South Orange County office in Mission Viejo, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience and excel in a dynamic, full-service practice environment.

Duties

  • Manage a diverse caseload independently and collaboratively.
  • Engage in client relations and discovery processes.
  • Conduct law and motion practice and courtroom appearances, including trials.
  • Participate actively at every stage of litigation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Exposure to probate, family law, or transactional matters is valued.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
