Duties

Requirements

  • Availability for mediations, court hearings, and trials.
  • Stay informed on legal changes affecting clients.
  • High-speed internet and a suitable remote work environment.
  • Ability to travel to courts in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Skills

  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
