Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Wayne, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for advocating for clients' rights. This role requires a proactive and assertive approach to handling cases, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Duties

• Engage with diverse clients in various scenarios.
• Advocate fiercely for clients in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Understand and fulfill individual client needs.
• Utilize technology, including Clio, for case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of family law experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with a clean disciplinary record.
• Availability for mediations, court hearings, and trials.
• Stay informed on legal changes affecting clients.
• High-speed internet and a suitable remote work environment.
• Ability to travel to courts in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
