Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9+ years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, including PPP, concessions, and project financing. Experience with core infrastructure assets is essential.

Duties

• Represent equity sponsors and financing parties in PPP projects.
• Engage in project financing and drop-down transactions.
• Collaborate closely with clients in the infrastructure sector.
• Work on projects involving toll roads, airports, and other core infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3 to 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership.
