Job Overview

Duties

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and purchase & sale agreements.
  • Conduct real estate due diligence, including title review.
  • Manage real estate finance transactions and development-related contracts.
  • Engage in industry groups and business development activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Local State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Demonstrated success in developing a client portfolio.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Local State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
