A law firm seeks a high-performing Immigration Attorney to manage complex business and employment-based immigration matters in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for attorneys who excel in structured environments and can independently deliver high-quality legal work. The attorney will lead investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based cases from strategy through filing, collaborating within a standardized workflow.

Duties

  • Lead attorney on investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based immigration matters.
  • Drive legal delivery from drafting to post-filing client explanations.
  • Provide legal strategies and quality assurance for assigned cases.
  • Manage and update case pipelines using proprietary AI platform.
  • Ensure timely and compliant filings with USCIS requirements.
  • Conduct structured client interviews and maintain communication.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals in a structured pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed 100 credit hours per month in deliverables.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active license in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience.
  • Proficiency in USCIS, DOL, and DOS procedures.
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project/case management tools.

Education

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

  • Active law license in good standing.

Skills

  • Strong legal judgment and writing skills.
  • Comfort with technology and case management software.
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads independently.
