San Francisco office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 1+ year of experience to work on preparing non-immigrant NIV cases (E, H-1B, J-1, L, O, P, TN), permanent resident IV cases, and naturalization cases. The candidate should have intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel. Should communicate easily in Spanish, French, or another foreign language. Must have licensure in one state within the USA.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently. Should have attention to detail, especially grammar and spelling. Should have JD degree.
