Duties

• Handle asylum, U-Visa, T-Visa, DACA applications, and related petitions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memorandums as directed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of immigration law experience.
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
