Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO, seeks a highly qualified and experienced Senior Attorney to join its Private Client Services practice area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel to clients, managing complex cases, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in the Private Client Services practice area.
  • Manage a diverse caseload involving estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related matters.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive client service.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations to inform legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing membership in the Colorado State Bar.
  • Experience practicing law, focusing on Private Client Services.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:

  • Colorado State Bar membership is in good standing.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration laws.
