Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Estate Planning and Trust Attorney in Denver, CO. This full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in estate planning and trust matters.

Duties

  • Advise clients on estate planning and trust matters.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents.
  • Manage high-asset and complex estate cases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop client strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates/Estate Planning.
  • Demonstrated experience handling high-asset and complex estate matters.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Colorado Bar License (or pending) in good standing.
