Duties

  • Represent lenders and investors in permanent, construction, and mezzanine loan transactions.
  • Close acquisitions and dispositions and negotiate commercial leases.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of real estate finance experience.
  • Experience with commercial, healthcare, auto, office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties.
  • Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois or New York.

Education

  • J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the bar in Illinois or New York.
