Duties

  • Collaborate with experienced litigators on case strategies.
  • Engage directly with clients to provide legal counsel.
  • Manage and oversee case files from inception to resolution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Prior experience in insurance defense preferred.
  • Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in New York State.
