Associate Attorney - Pennsylvania Bar

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Mount Laurel, NJ, with the option to work from the Ft Washington office or remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be members of the Pennsylvania Bar and are encouraged to apply from the Reading, PA area. Newly barred attorneys are welcome.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team of professionals.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Bar membership in Pennsylvania

Skills

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles preferred.
