Duties

• Handle complex real estate financings for lenders and/or borrowers.
• Manage joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Work across various real estate asset classes.
• Focus on lender-side financing if desired.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
