Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Career Associate with over seven years of civil litigation experience to join their team in New York, New York. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work arrangements. The position provides an opportunity to engage in substantive legal work without the commitment of a partner track.

Duties

• Provide general case team support.
• Conduct strong legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Manage discovery tasks, including e-discovery.
• Oversee case and project management.
• Prepare for depositions and trials.
• Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Substantial billable hours is the primary way to get the big bucks and partnership consideration at this large New York firm.
