Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, preferably from a large law firm, but boutique firm experience will also be considered. The role involves working on acquisitions, dispositions, real estate development, and joint ventures.

Duties

• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
• Participate in real estate development projects.
• Engage in joint venture and private equity transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage client relationships.
• Handle small-to-mid sized matters or portions of larger matters efficiently.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant real estate experience.
• Experience in large law firms preferred; boutique firm experience considered.
• Familiarity with real estate financing and hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent oral and research skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
