The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience and demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces. Duties

• Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers on asset management and investment fund matters.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of relevant experience in asset management and investment funds.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
