Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. Duties

  • Draft and respond to discovery requests and analyze received discovery.
  • Prepare clients for depositions and conduct examinations.
  • Conduct legal research to support litigation strategy.

Requirements

  • Advanced skill in drafting persuasive briefs and conducting oral arguments.
  • Superior analytical reasoning and strategic advocacy skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of California law and civil procedure.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the State of California.
