Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney specializing in Litigation (Class Action) to join its team in Palo Alto, CA. This role involves working with the Class Actions group within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup. The position is non-partnership track and open to candidates across the US, with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area.

Duties

• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Review and draft discovery responses.
• Analyze discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting.
• Prepare deposition outlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction

Skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in producing timely, accurate, and quality work products.
