A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Indianapolis, IN. Duties

  • Appear in court three days per week.
  • Review new claims and pleadings for compliance.
  • Draft, review, and argue motions; conduct trials and arbitrations.
  • Manage communication with opposing counsel.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery and counterclaims.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD); Missouri Bar required, Kansas Bar desirable.
  • Must hold a Kansas or Indiana license.
  • Open to all experience levels and practice areas.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel; Collection Master preferred.
  • Strong communication, independence, judgment, and attention to detail.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications
