Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing to practice law in specified states.
• 6+ years' experience in corporate or business law in a law firm environment.
• Familiarity with estate planning concepts and tax implications of transactions.
• Strong knowledge in corporate structuring, governance, and business transitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
