Duties

  • Conduct estate planning and trust administration.
  • Handle corporate, business transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Engage in litigation, including civil, commercial, probate, divorce, and personal injury cases.
  • Practice general Florida law.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (active and in good standing).
  • Current Florida resident.
  • Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience.
  • Demonstrated courtroom experience and willingness to appear in court.
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings at the Naples office.
  • Located within a reasonable driving distance of Naples.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar License.
