Duties

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and special needs planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive client solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex legal concepts.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple cases.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in contributing to the firm's success.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
