Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate with at least three years of experience to join the Commercial Litigation group in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in complex litigation matters and demonstrate excellent legal research and writing skills.

Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters with precision and expertise.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Engage in client interactions and maintain professional relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a top-tier law firm.
• Strong academic background and practical law school experience preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Professional references and writing samples will be requested.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to waive in.
