A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Associate to join its practice group in Reno, NV. The firm handles significant litigation matters across the country, with a strong presence in Nevada.

Duties

  • Manage general commercial litigation cases.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Manage expert witnesses.
  • Participate in court proceedings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure.
  • Admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission.
  • Arizona, California, and/or Colorado bar admission is a plus.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
