Duties

• Manage estate, gift, and income tax planning for lifetime and postmortem transfers.
• Advise professional fiduciaries on estate administration.
• Prepare financial projections related to trust and estate matters.
• Advise business entities on trust and estate-related issues in transactions and governance.
• Provide estate planning advice in the context of corporate transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in Massachusetts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain promptly.
