Job Overview

A law firm seeks experienced labor and employment attorneys for its Toledo, OH office. The firm is expanding its labor and employment practice group and is looking for attorneys with diverse experience levels to join their team.

Duties

  • Counsel clients on effective business practices.
  • Defend clients against claims in courts and administrative agencies.
  • Handle cases involving harassment, discrimination, and wage disputes.
  • Represent clients in collective bargaining in both private and public sectors.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
