Duties

• Meet with clients for initial consultations, document reviews, and case updates.
• Review or draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, deeds, probate, and guardianship pleadings.
• Manage deadlines, case progress, and client relationships.
• Guide clients and the support team with estate planning, Medicaid planning, and estate issues.
• Collaborate with paralegals and client service teams to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Florida Bar License in good standing.
• 0-5 years of experience in elder law, estate planning, or related practice areas.
• Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office 365 and legal case management software.
• Ability to meet performance expectations of 3x salary in collections.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar License.
