Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney specializing in elder law and estate planning in Florida. This role offers the opportunity to engage in client-facing or production-focused work, making a meaningful impact while advancing your legal career.

Duties

  • Meet with clients for initial consultations, document reviews, and case updates.

  • Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office 365 and legal case management software.
  • Ability to meet performance expectations of 3x salary in collections.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar License.
