Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for its San Francisco, CA office. The candidate will join a dynamic team handling complex patent litigation matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in patent litigation before district courts and the International Trade Commission.
• Engage in proceedings before the USPTO in PTAB cases.
• Collaborate with a team to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in patent litigation.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.

Education

• Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.

Certifications

• USPTO registration is a plus.
