Duties:

  • Negotiate and document leasing transactions for landlords and tenants.

  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  • Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of real estate transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on leasing.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and document complex leasing transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
  • Admission and good standing with the California Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission and active membership in the California Bar.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate and leasing laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
