Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney with experience or interest in Securities Litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in commercial litigation matters, with a focus on securities-related cases.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis about commercial litigation cases, specifically in the area of securities law.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for court filings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff members to effectively manage cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Utah State Bar, with a good standing.
• Experience practicing commercial litigation law.
• Experience or strong interest in securities litigation preferred.
• Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
