Duties

• Engage in complex intellectual property litigation in federal courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
• Draft and review legal documents with excellent attention to detail.
• Participate in taking and defending depositions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven track record in federal court proceedings.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.

Skills

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
