A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in personal injury for its Omaha, Nebraska office. The successful candidate will collaborate with the legal team to provide high-quality legal services and supervise non-attorney staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

• Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies.
• Communicate and maintain positive client relationships.
• Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Ensure accuracy of all prepared documents.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Active Bar license in Nebraska with at least two years of personal injury practice experience.
• Preferred: Active Bar license in Missouri.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Nebraska.
