A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Omaha, Nebraska. The successful candidate will advocate for injured clients, manage personal injury cases, and achieve exceptional results through litigation and negotiation.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough case investigations and gather evidence.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and/or Kansas.
  • 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred qualifications

Education
