Job Overview

Duties

• Engage in extensive brief writing, discovery, and deposition activities.
• Represent debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings.
• Develop unique strategies for international asset recovery and judgment enforcement.
• Handle creditor-debtor disputes and creditor remedies both inside and outside of bankruptcy court.

Requirements

• Graduated law school between 2023 - 2020.
• Strong litigation and bankruptcy/restructuring experience.
• Robust writing, drafting, and editing skills.
• Clerkships are beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctorate Degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
