Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • 5+ years of experience in removal defense and asylum cases.
  • At least 1 year of habeas corpus litigation experience.
  • Proficient in court proceedings and managing complex cases independently.
  • Professional language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
