A law firm seeks a skilled and client-focused Estate Planning Associate with over four years of relevant experience to join their team in Atlanta, GA. Duties

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.

  • Ability to draft estate plans and trust documents independently.
  • Experience analyzing complex trust instruments.
  • Ability to prepare gift and estate tax returns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
