Duties

• Develop creative legal strategies for diverse immigration cases.
• Represent clients in family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration matters.
• Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and expectations management.
• Prepare and submit legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Collaborate with legal team for efficient case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing, Texas preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for hearings or firm-related needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in immigration law.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume immigration practice.
