Duties

• Manage personal injury and workers' compensation cases from consultation to resolution.
• Litigate cases in South Carolina courts, including preparing and arguing motions.

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement demands.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex cases and trial strategies.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing.
• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience with courtroom skills.
• Experience managing personal injury or workers' compensation cases.
• Strong legal writing and drafting abilities.
• Proven track record of depositions, court appearances, and trials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
