Duties

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using people, process, and technology.
  • Coordinate digitalization efforts, including automation and data management.
  • Support the firm's data strategy and track practice content usage.
  • Integrate and promote legal technology, including generative AI.
  • Assist litigation teams with matter management and workflow design.
  • Develop client-facing solutions and improve collaboration platforms.
  • Create and maintain knowledge libraries and databases for practice content.
  • Evaluate legal service efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Educate legal professionals on technology and practice content utilization.
  • Develop case studies and resources for business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum six years of experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications in legal services.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
