Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with a preference for those familiar with patent rights litigation.

Duties

• Represent biopharma manufacturers, research institutions, and universities in patent and contract disputes.
• Engage in litigation before U.S. courts, arbitral proceedings, and the International Trade Commission.
• Handle cases involving inventorship, trade secrets, and licensing issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in the life sciences sector preferred.
• Familiarity with patent rights litigation is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Science degree is desirable but not required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
